Hola, renté en Avis del 14 al 17 de noviembre y sólo puedo opinar que todo salió muy correctamente, reservé por Internet y cuando llegué al Aeropuerto pero tenían mi reservación, tome la van que me llevo a la oficina y todo en orden, junto a mencionar que adquirí las pólizas de 0% deducible y daños a terceros, obvio si sale más caro pero yo prefiero estar segura, con la de 0% no te preocupas de algún rayón o portazo.
Desventajas: It took nearly two hours to get our reserved car. There were only two people on line in front of me, both of whom also had a reserved car so it was not a matter of long lines or customers with complicated problems. Also they oversell an overly expensive insurance package.
Ventajas: The people that helped us speaks perfect English and was extremely nice and personable. The place is clean and the cars was very fuel efficient!

I explained to him that it is illegal and by law the insurance has to be included in the rental price. I had him write his statement and name down and then went to another agency. Be aware of this scam and know your rights!
This was between completly unprofessional and a clear trick to extract more money from foreign tourists! My advice wojld be to stay away from this agency and the possible scam

Even though all other rental car companies did include this in their quote.
